Williams Capital’s senior investment banking, sales/trading and underwriting professionals average over 30 years of municipal finance experience. These individuals have served as lead on complex transactions for a broad range of issuers including bringing numerous inaugural credits to market. The Firm’s fixed income sales force combines access to corporate and institutional crossover buyers as well as traditional municipal bond investors, which enhances the distribution of taxable and Build America Bonds as well as traditional tax-exempt bonds.

WCG actively cultivates relationships with 1st, 2nd and 3rd Tier institutional investor accounts, which diversifies the investor base and ultimately creates a more liquid market for our clients’ securities. In addition, the Firm maintains a secondary market in municipal bonds, adding liquidity for our clients’ paper.
