Christopher J. Williams is Chairman, CEO and founder of The Williams Capital Group, L.P. and Williams Capital Management, LLC.

Mr. Williams began his career with Lehman Brothers in New York, where he was most recently a Senior Vice President with responsibilities in debt capital markets, derivatives and fixed income securities trading. Upon leaving Lehman Brothers in 1992, Mr. Williams formed Williams Financial Markets, a division of Jefferies & Company, which specialized in structuring debt financings for investment grade corporate issuers.

Chris Williams founded Williams Capital in 1994 and has since directed the firm's strategic effort in investment banking and its expansion into asset management. In 2010, the firm served as lead or co-manager on nearly 200 corporate debt, agency, and equity offerings with a total face amount of over $330 billion. Williams Capital consistently ranks among the top 15 most active underwriters of corporate debt.

Both Fortune magazine and Crain’s New York Business selected Chris Williams as one of the most powerful minority business leaders in America.

Mr. Williams serves on the board of directors of Caesar’s Entertainment, Inc., Wal-Mart Stores, Inc, and British American Business. He is also an active board member for Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts, Partnership for New York City, Teachers College at Columbia University, Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater and the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College. Mr. Williams is a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) and the Economic Club of New York and remains a longstanding supporter of the Fresh Air Fund and Partnership with Children.

Chris Williams holds a Master of Business Administration from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College and a Bachelor of Architecture from Howard University.

Chief Operating Officer

Ms. Calabrisotto is a founding member of The Williams Capital Group, L.P. and has served as the firm’s Chief Operating Officer since May 2004. As Williams Capital grew to one of the most active underwriters of U.S. investment grade corporate bonds in the country, DiAnne was instrumental in developing WCG’s internal controls and creating strategic business alliances. DiAnne also serves as the Chief Compliance Officer and oversees the day-to-day activities, operations management, strategic planning process and the compliance/regulatory issues at the firm.

In her varied experience, Ms. Calabrisotto holds many industry-related licenses and her tenure in the financial services industry spans more than 25 years centering primarily in institutional financial services with strong emphasis in operations, finance and compliance. Prior to joining the firm, she held a variety of positions at Prudential Securities, Tucker Anthony and Jefferies & Company, Inc.

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Wo is The Williams Capital Group’s Chief Financial Officer whose responsibilities include Accounting / Finance, Regulatory reporting and Treasury functions.

Prior to joining WCG in 2004, Mr. Wo acted as Director and Business Unit Controller for Pershing, LLC in the Global Securities Services Division. His prior financial and regulatory experience includes Chief Financial Officer of BNY Clearing Services (International Division) and BHF Securities Inc., Senior Examiner for the New York Stock Exchange (Member Firm Regulations), and Internal Audit Manager of Oppenheimer and Company.

Mr. Wo holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Baruch College, City University of New York and is registered with the NASD as a Financial and Operational Principal.

Vice Chairman and Senior Executive Vice President

Mr. Rochlin was Co-Founder, President and CEO of Nutmeg Securities for the past 22 years. In April 2009 he completed the sale of Nutmeg’s institutional business to The Williams Capital Group. While at Nutmeg, Mr. Rochlin helped lead the firm to be a recognized source of high quality institutional equity executions with over 7 locations and seasoned professionals in the field. Prior to founding Nutmeg, Mr. Rochlin headed an equity trading group on the American Stock Exchange. Mr. Rochlin was one of the youngest members ever to hold a seat on the AMEX. Mr. Rochlin has served as a specialist on the New York Options Exchange and American Stock Exchange for Dean Witter.

Mr. Rochlin attended the New York School of Finance and Rollins College.
